I’m not so sure that pirates and four-year-olds are the best mix. But ever since the Veggietales movie “The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything” back in January, we’ve had a little buccaneer in our house. And he requested a pirate birthday. So, being the overindulgent parents that we are, that’s what Kaptain K got. 
On the bright side, Cheryl had the opportunity to try out her creative cake making skills. Personally, we all think she did a pretty good job. 
Bottom line, we had a pretty fun birthday and Kenaniah was overjoyed.
